Enrolments for Kindergarten 2022 are now closed.
Please note that applications for Year 7 in 2023 will be accepted in person by the College office between 12 July - 30 July 2021.





Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision.

We encourage parents to get a 'feel' for our school and discover what makes us so different.

Enrolment Process

Families applying for Year 7 in 2023 should download each of the following documents.

Please be sure to read the Enrolment Instructions prior to completing any paperwork.

Applications can ONLY be accepted, in person, at the College Office between 12th July 2021 - 30th July 2021.

Families seeking enrolment in all other year groups are invited to contact our Enrolment Team on 9852 0500 to discuss your enquiry and the availability of a position for your child. If we are able to consider your enrolment enquiry, you will also be invited to submit the following forms.

Step 1

Submit your application forms

Complete an application form

Once completed, please submit your Enrolment Application with all requested supporting documentation and a $50 non-refundable Application Fee in person to the College Reception. Please be aware that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Step 2

Attend an enrolment interview

Attend an enrolment interview with your child

Once the Enrolment Application has been submitted, our Enrolment Team will contact you to schedule an interview. The enrolling student and at least one parent/carer are required to attend the interview.

Step 3

The outcome of your application will be advised in writing

We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

Step 4

Accept enrolment and pay the deposit

Accept enrolment and pay the deposit

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Deposit ($100 for Primary and $300 for Secondary) by the requested date to secure your position. The deposit contributes towards your first term school-based fees.

Important Notice


Parents of students with additional needs are encouraged to begin the enrolment process in advance of the normal enrolment period to allow for assessment of the support and adjustments required. Initial contact should be made with the College Principal.

Parents are asked to provide copies of assessments or reports concerning learning needs.

It may be suggested that further assessments be undertaken by our Diverse Learning Team at the College or by staff from the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.

The enrolment process involves consultation and clarification of student needs. Available support and resources are investigated with parents, College personnel and Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.
