Enrolment Applications for Kindergarten 2022 can be submitted to the College Office from Monday, 1st March 2021 - Wednesday, 31st March 2021.

Please download the Enrolment Information Pack provided on this website. Be sure to read carefully our Enrolment Application Parent Checklist and the Enrolment Instructions PRIOR TO COMPLETING documentation. Please note that ALL documentation requested must be provided upon submission of your application - incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Applications are to be submitted in person to the College Office between 9.00 am - 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Due to the high demand for enrolment at the College, please be aware that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Families seeking enrolment in all other year groups are invited to contact our Enrolment Team, 9852 0500 to discuss your enquiry and the availability of a position for your child. If we are able to consider your enrolment enquiry, you will be invited to submit the forms below.

Step 1

Submit your application forms

Complete an application form

Once completed, please submit your Enrolment Application with all requested supporting documentation and a $50 non-refundable Application Fee in person to the College Reception. Please be aware that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Step 2

Attend an enrolment interview

Attend an enrolment interview with your child

Once the Enrolment Application has been submitted, our Enrolment Team will contact you to schedule an interview. The enrolling student and at least one parent/carer are required to attend the interview.

The outcome of your application will be advised in writing

We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

Step 4

Accept enrolment and pay the deposit

Accept enrolment and pay the deposit

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Deposit ($100 for Primary and $300 for Secondary) by the requested date to secure your position. The deposit contributes towards your first term school-based fees.

Important Notice


Parents of students with additional needs are encouraged to begin the enrolment process in advance of the normal enrolment period to allow for assessment of the support and adjustments required. Initial contact should be made with the College Principal.

Parents are asked to provide copies of assessments or reports concerning learning needs.

It may be suggested that further assessments be undertaken by our Diverse Learning Team at the College or by staff from the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.

The enrolment process involves consultation and clarification of student needs. Available support and resources are investigated with parents, College personnel and Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.
