Wellbeing

We create learning environments where every student matters and has the opportunity to flourish.

This means ensuring all learners are challenged within their zone of proximal development every day.

We endeavour to ensure all learners develop a growth mindset so they are able to realise their potential. Students with a growth mindset believe that ability can change as a result of effort, perseverance, and practice.

Our wellbeing frameworks supports a safe and inclusive learning environment, these skills are taught through our learning and performance program, our student agency project and mindfulness focus.

‘Wellbeing’ is reliant on respectful relationships. It has been our desire to communication and consult broadly and often with all members of our community.
